Description: The primary mission of the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC) is to perform independent monitoring of the Galileo Services and to report it to the relevant stakeholders. It provides the GSA, as the Galileo Service Provider, with an independent means of evaluating the performance of the Galileo Service Operator and the quality of the signals in space. It is fully independent of the system and the Galileo Service Operator with respect to both the technical solution (hardware, software, reference products, etc.) and operations. The GRC also assesses the compatibility and interoperability between Galileo and other GNSS.The scope of this procurement is the provision of on-site guarding personnel services during the nominal opening hours of the facility, between 07:00 and 20:00, and 24/7 remote security and safety monitoring of the GRC. The GRC building comprises of approximately:• 25 % technical rooms (including laboratory);• 15 % operational rooms;• 25 % office space;• 25 % communal staff areas and reception facilities; and• 10 % meeting and conference facilities.In addition to the internal building facilities, the GRC also has a gated area of land that includes the moat around the building and on-site parking facilities that amounts to over 3000 square meters of space.
