The contractor, under supervision of EIT designated staff member (hereinafter contract manager), shall provide overall facility management, cleaning, reception, and auxiliary services, as described below:— Profile 1 – Facility management services are needed in the framework of the logistics setup of the contracting authority. Tasks in the field of facility management services are – among others – distribution of goods, office material, office equipment; installation, moving, removal or fixing furniture; first line technical interventions (changing bulbs, checking functioning of technical installations and equipment). Tasks are to be carried out within the contracting authority’s premises;— Profile 2 – Cleaning services are needed in the framework of the logistics setup of the contracting authority, guaranteeing proper and thorough cleaning according to the EIT request, keeping up a high hygiene level at office environment. The cleaning services are needed daily basis after the official working hours of the contracting authority;— Profile 3 – Reception services are needed in the framework of logistics support to the contracting authority, guaranteeing proper access of visitors, secure entries and stay within the premises of the contracting authority, assistance in evacuation, handling of mail and courier services, dealing with incoming phone calls, operating the telephone switchboard, etc. Reception services are needed on a permanent basis, during the official working hours of the contracting authority;— Profile 4 – Auxiliary services are needed in the framework of logistics support to the contracting authority, including but not limited to provision of stationery, archiving and disposal services etc. Auxiliary tasks are to be carried out both within the contracting authority’s and the contractor’s premises.
