Description
EIGE uses videos to communicate the Institute’s work and reach out to new audiences. Videos are of different types, depending on the target audience, varying from short informational animations, interviews, narrated film clips, event recordings to tutorials. EIGE foresees a production of up to 10 videos (approximately 5 animated and 5 filmed) per year. In addition, EIGE foresees production of up to 8 micro-animations per year.

Description
The objective of this lot is twofold. Firstly, to maintain and update EIGE’s media database. To this end, the Contractor will receive access to EIGE’s media database in EIGE’s Contact Relations Management System (CRM) and MailerLite, an online mass mailing tool. The second objective of this lot is to assist EIGE with media relations in Lithuania and other EU countries. This will include the organisation of press events such as press briefings and press conferences with the participation of local media representatives or local media representatives of international media in the host country.
