Description: The scope of this procurement is the provision of on-site guarding personnel services during the nominal opening hours of the facility, between 7.00 and 20.00, and 24/7 remote security and safety monitoring of the GRC. The floor space of the GRC building is approx. 1 400 square meters (over two floors). In additional to the internal building facilities, the GRC has a gated area of land that includes the moat around the building and on-site parking facilities that amounts to over 6 000 square meters of space.
