1.The subject matter of the contract is to verify the technical condition of the TB5000 Turbine (hereinafter referred to as the “Turbine”) and restore its technical properties in accordance with the guidelines and standards of the Turbine manufacturer or guidelines and Contractor standards developed in accordance with the guidelines and standards of the Turbine manufacturer as for regenerated turbines.2. Detailed information concerning the Subject Matter of the Contract is contained in the Designed Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “PPU”, constituting Appendix no. 2 to the Tender Specification.
