Description: Specific objectives of this lot are:— regular updating of the database regarding its content and structure in all entry points and geographical areas covered;— identification of gaps in gender statistics and the collection of data under designated specific areas relevant within the EU policy priorities on gender equality and improvement of the methodology (where necessary) to ensure the relevance and comparability of the statistics;— preparation of the content for and regular updates of, the web pages related to the database;— ensuring and validating the quality of statistical data and metadata;— drafting reports analysing the situation and trends of designated emerging issues in gender statistics;— monitoring and promoting the quality and usage of the database (Development of a monitoring package to measure the usage of the gender statistics database, to establish the needs of stakeholders and to ensure it serves as a valuable resource);— monitoring performance and maintenance of the database management system (MongoDB) and the database design.
