Justification:

Põhjusel, et SA-l Narva Haigla on tegevusluba hankeesemeks olevate teenuste osutamiseks Narva linnas ning RHS §49 lõke 1 punktis 2 sätestatud alusel teeb SA Ida-Viru Keskhaigla SA-le Narva Haigla ettepaneku esitada pakkumus hanke alusdokumendis (edaspidi HAD) sätestatud tingimustel ja korras või esitada ettepanekud sõlmitava hankelepingu tingimuste kohta.
