Description: Provision of event organisation support services for meetings that may be hosted on EIGE premises or in third party premises (non-residential). Event organisation entails providing support to EIGE with regard to conference related services such as meeting rooms, accommodation, catering services, travel arrangements, technical support, reception facilities, technical equipment, production (according to EIGE’s visual identity) of meeting materials, documents and promotional materials (for specific events), registration handling and potentially interpretation services.Venues for EIGE events vary depending on the objective and main stakeholders for the event. The majority of events take place on EIGE’s premises in Vilnius. However, the contractor may be requested to make arrangements in Brussels or at locations in other EU Member States, in EU candidate or potential candidate countries (IPA countries) or other locations.In relation to all aspects of this call for tender notice has to be taken that English is the working language of EIGE.
