Description: Open procedure aiming to award a multiple framework contract in cascade with maximum 3 contractors for the provision of facility services for GSA HQ in Prague, Czech Republic in line with environmental friendly practices. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to provide all the services as described in the procurement documents. The scope of procurement consists of the following services:1) Maintenance of the building and its infrastructure in a fully operational status (activities of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance), including fire and safety services necessary for fulfillment of fire and safety rules (both EU and Czech) and internal agency policies;2) Internal and external cleaning services; this task shall also cover provision of all cleaning and sanitary supplies, products and consumables;3) Special waste disposal and destruction;4) Supply/rent and maintenance of decorative plants inside offices, general and public areas and exterior areas, external horticultural services;5) Various facility and supply services on demand.
